How to ensure the perpetuity of business in difficult times?<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n In an event promoted by the WTC BUSINESS CLUB, on March 16, better known as WTC Exchange, in which an exclusive group of executives, entrepreneurs and business managers participate, we had the opportunity, at the invitation of GRUPO RS Servi\u00e7os \u201cRS GROUP SERVICES], to present the first theme related to the scope of the event.<\/p>\n Based on the central theme, we began with core questions: What to expect from the business world in the twenty-first century? And what are the challenges for entrepreneurs, executives, CEOs and CFOs?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n IT’S THE BEGINNING OF A NEW ERA IN BUSINESS<\/strong><\/p>\n In a general context, there have been economic transformations, disintegration of markets with the disruption of supply chains as well as labor, geopolitical issues, diversity, ESG, workforce management, changes in global trade, economic integration, challenges with external events and increased protectionism.<\/p>\n However, in our presentation for the event, we focused on the theme of People Management.\u00a0 We briefly went through the line of work, to discuss the central point: The gap between work and employability, Mindfulness + focus + efficiency \u2013 effectiveness + productivity.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n LINE OF WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n In the view of \u201cGRUPO RS Servi\u00e7os\u201d [RS GROUP SERVICES] executives, the perpetuity of business passes through people, and, based on this premise, reception, politeness, sympathy, kindness and joy are values that are disseminated in customer service.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>For CEO Renato Botelho, “the culture of \u2018GRUPO RS Servi\u00e7os\u2019\u00a0 [RS GROUP SERVICES] is to serve people well”<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Therefore, from this first meeting, two propositions were discussed among the participants to ensure the perpetuity of business in difficult times:<\/p>\n 1 – Rethinking the world of work \u2013 not where and when we work, but why do we work?<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>2 – Customer service and respect \u2013 services that aim at service and exceed customer expectations.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" How to ensure the perpetuity of business in difficult times?
