A telecommunications micro-company received a warning and a total fine of R$ 14,400.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The fine was imposed for the absence of a data processing officer and failure to comply with the ANPD&#8217;s supervisory duties and the cases in which the processing of personal data is permitted under the law.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The application of penalties by the ANPD was regulated in February and the first fine was imposed in July, with the prospect of further penalties.
